About The People's Pantry
Our Story
Established in 2020, The People’s Pantry is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to serving our community through comprehensive food, clothing, and hygiene support. Beyond our core pantry operations, we are committed to holistic care through initiatives like our “Packs Filled with Snacks” drive, which has successfully distributed thousands of backpacks to children in need, since 2020, and our annual seasonal programs, including holiday gift adoptions for over 70 families, complete Thanksgiving meals, and Easter basket collections.
In 2026, we proudly partnered with the Parker Family Health Center in Red Bank to bridge the gap in healthcare access; our patrons can now receive on-site medical check-ups and medication monitoring from Medical Professionals, as well as register directly with the clinic’s physicians during their visit.
Furthermore, we recognize that access should never be a barrier to assistance, which is why our mobile response unit actively delivers essential food and hygiene supplies to families residing in local motels who lack reliable transportation.
As we continue to grow these vital operations, we rely on the state and federal grants as well as the generosity of our community to sustain our mission. We truly appreciate your support and donations as we work together to serve those in need.
